This Coin was minted in 117-120 AD, during early reign of Hadrian, who ruled from 117-138 AD. Hadrian is famed as the emperor who built Hadrian's Wall, He is also known for his extensive
travels throughout the empire. He carried out his plan of building a temple of Jupiter Capitolinus on the site of the ruined Temple at Jerusalem and renamed Jerusalem Colonia Aelia Capitolina.
